Special Dietary Concerns
Special Dietary Concerns. Grandview School District is required to have the "Request for Special Dietary Accommodations" form on file, completed, and signed by a recognized medical authority for any substitution/accommodation needed. Form can be found below. Requests for accommodation must include food to be omitted/avoided from students' diet, how the ingestion of the food impacts students, and foods to be substituted.
The Food Service Department is unable to make food substitutions for religious/personal beliefs.
