The Grandview School District is reaching out to families to help in providing feedback for the district’s annual Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy revision and planning for the 2020-21 school year.

As a district we are required to meet the following Parent Family Engagement Policy requirements such as:

  • Meet annually to review the PFE Policy.
  • Develop jointly with, agree on, and distribute to parents the parents the Parent Family Engagement Policy.
  • Provide coordination and technical assistance to participating schools in planning effective parent family engagement activities to increase academic achievement.
  • Build school and parent capacity for strong parent family engagement.
  • Coordinate with programs that promote parent family engagement strategies.
  • Conduct with parents an annual evaluation for content and effectiveness and address barriers to greater parental participation.
  • Involve parents in the activities of the schools.
