Forgot Your Qmlativ Username or Password?

If you have forgotten your Qmlativ username or password, you can reset your account information online.

To recover your account:

1. Visit the Qmlativ Forgot Password page.
2. Enter the primary email address associated with your account or your Qmlativ username, if you know it.
3. Check your email. You will receive your username and a link to create a new password.

Create a new password. Your password must:

Meet all three required password guidelines shown on the page.

• Be entered twice for confirmation.
• Once your new password has been accepted, return to Qmlativ and log in using your username and newly created password.
