It’s more than a meal application. 

Complete the CNEEB Form by October 1!

The Grandview School District will serve meals each school day at no charge. However, it is still important to complete the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application, as it may qualify your family for:

  • Summer EBT benefits
  • Reduced fees for other programs and activities
  • Help securing funding for your school district

Who should fill out an application?

We strongly encourage ALL parents/guardians to submit an application, especially if:

  • Your total household income is the same as or less than the amount listed on the chart below.
  • Your household receives Basic Food, participates in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR), or receives Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) for your children.
  • You are applying for foster children who are under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court.

 

EVERY ELIGIBLE FORM COUNTS!

Each eligible form that is not submitted means potential resources and funding are lost for our schools.

 

Sign in to Qmlativ and select the Food Service Application tile to access and complete the application online.

Be sure to submit ONLY ONE application per household. We will notify you once your application has been approved or denied.

If any child included on your application is experiencing homelessness (McKinney-Vento) or participates in the Migrant Program, please check the appropriate box on the application.
