School Immunizations
Washington State law requires all students attending school to provide proof of required immunizations or have a completed Certificate of Exemption (COE) on file.
Students entering Preschool, Kindergarten, and 7th grade may have additional immunization requirements. Families are encouraged to schedule wellness visits and vaccinations before the start of the school year.

Accessing Immunization Records
Grandview School District uses the Washington State Department of Health's Immunization Information System (IIS) to verify student immunization records.
Families can access and print their child's immunization records through MyIR, the state's secure online immunization portal.

Exemptions
Washington State law allows exemptions from school immunization requirements for medical, religious, or personal/philosophical reasons, as permitted by law. A completed Certificate of Exemption (COE) must be submitted to the school.
